First time here and had an amazing experience. Food is great, the people there are very friendly, and the atmosphere is very nice and relaxing. I will be back for sure whenever I'm in Vancouver. Probably one of my top places to go to after today.

I almost don’t want to write this because I’d love to keep this place to myself, but honestly, it deserves the love. I’ve been to so many sushi restaurants, and rarely go back twice but this is definitely the sushi spot I’ll come back for. It’s the most satisfying experience I’ve had. The fish is incredibly fresh, the quality is top-tier for the price, and the chef is so kind and genuine. Lunch deluxe sushi combo is a must try ↕

It’s like a hidden gem! Sushi and sashimi are excellent quality, portions and very reasonably priced! I loved how the dynamite roll and the dragon roll have the crunchy tempera texture! I can tell that they were freshly made to order! Great service and atmosphere! Highly recommend that you give this local sushi restaurant a try! I’ve included the menu if you would like to take a look at what they have :)

This place has been on my radar for a long time. It’s right by my wife’s school, and I’ve always wanted to try it, but we kept defaulting to our usual sushi spot, you know, avoiding the disappointment gamble. But our go-to place is on vacation, so it felt like the perfect time to explore. Saiko Sushi is small, but honestly, excellent. The food tastes great, and I’m actually excited to come back. The prices are great, portion size is generous but they don’t have all the specialty fishes. What they do have is done amazingly.

Don't be fooled by the outside, this gem is warm and welcoming. Chef Leon, took great care, a true craftsman. The nigiri portions were generous for price. Recommend all nigiri, flounder and mackerel were highlights. Do your taste buds and mental health a favor and dine in. My water and tea were always filled. Can't get better service than that.

Found this authentic sushi spot on Google and what a surprise! It’s a cozy little place with only 4-5 tables. We tried a bunch of nigiri sushi, the assorted sashimi, and a sushi combo—the fish was super fresh. One small thing: the shari was a bit mild for me, and I wish the Uni had been served as Gunkan. But still, everything was delicious! BTW, parking is a bit of a mission to find, so heads up. Overall, the price was great for the quality. We’ll definitely be back!

I’ve been coming to this place ever since I moved to the neighborhood, and I’m so glad it’s here. The sushi is always incredibly fresh and delicious, and the seafood udon is also really good. The prices are very reasonable for the quality. The menu may seem a bit smaller than other sushi places, but that’s part of what I appreciate about it. They don’t rely on lots of heavy toppings or sauces — everything is simple, well-balanced, and thoughtfully done, and it really lets the flavors shine. The staff are always friendly, and the chef is genuinely kind. A great neighborhood sushi place I’m happy to keep coming back to

It’s a small, unassuming place — a real hidden gem. We’re so happy to have found this Japanese restaurant on our short trip in Vancouver. The sashimi was fresh, bluefin O-toro was amazing! Overall prices were reasonable, and we had such a delightful dinner!
